We will charge a flat diagnosis fee to take a look at most issues. After that first look, we’ll have an exact repair quote and we’ll waive the initial diagnostic fee if you approve our quote.
Most issues can be accessed within a 3-5 business day window. Fixing times depend on the service and complexity required but generally range in the 1-4 hour range.
*Diagnostic fee can be rolled into repair costs if you approve our quoted repairs.

Devices are assessed in a first-come first-serve method, and for those in a time crunch rush service is available (+$100) for ~24hour turn-around.
